Benjamin and Tim are awesome. I had multiple issues with many different septic company’s. The issues were compounded by incorrect installation. Todd Berry was the technician that took care of my septic tank. Being an experienced septic service technician my self, I allowed him to tell me what was wrong to see if he would try to up sale me for thing I didn't need. I can tell you, Todd is not one of those people who does that to other. Everything he said and did was what I needed and I respect people who do their job in that manner. Metro Septic Pumping came out to inspect my tank this past weekend.  Trevor was great with helping me understand how the tank works.  He was very honest and up front about the current condition of my tank and future work it might need.  While he had some suggestions for possible upgrades, I never felt pressured.  I will definitely use them again in the future.
